The Santa Monica boys varsity and JV varsity teams will host the Mira Costa Mustangs today.
Mira Costa, one of the preeminent teams in So Cal volleyball, played in a tournament on March 9, 2024. The Mustangs ran roughshod over Torrey Pines, Newport Harbor, and Punahou.
Santa Monica played against Redondo last week and lost three difficult and challenging sets.
After tonight’s game, The SAMO Vikings head to Palos Verdes to play Peninsula on Wednesday. After that, the Vikings head to Santa Barbara to compete in the High School tournament that will be played at UCSB.
